2874298 - Promotions are not visible on All Ongoing Promotions query

You created a Promotion and you notice that it is not visible under the All Ongoing Promotions query.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Sales Work center.
2. Navigate to the Promotions View.
3. Click Create.
4. Fill the Name and Choose a Planning Account.
5. Click Save and Open to create Promotion XYZ (Where XYZ is the promotion ID).
6. Go to the All Ongoing promotion query from the OWL.
7. You will notice that the Promotion that you have created is not available under the query.

Only Released promotions will be visible under the All Ongoing Promotions query.

You can release the Promotion using the field External status and setting it to Released.
