Converted candidate (external to internal) displays as external on the original or older applications.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. External Candidate applies for a requisition and is hired.
2. The external candidate is converted from external to internal via external to internal candidate profile conversion job in provisioning.
3. If you check the candidate profile, you can see the candidate was successfully converted from external to internal.
4. The candidate's application still appears as source external on the original application, the business card or snapshot will not reflect the candidate as internal

Expected Behavior, the system is working as per current design. Changing this system, behavior would require an enhancement request.

The candidate's original applications will always appear as external because the applications were submitted prior to the conversion job. The candidate profile conversion scheduled job will only update the candidate profile and will not retrospectively affect the old applications.
