How can you add more filter options into the compensation inbox?

1. Navigate to Compensation from the main BizX dropdown.

2. Note there are certain filters automatically available.

In order to add in more options, please do the following:

1. Navigate to manage business configuration and expand "Filters".

2. Expand Custom Filters and choose "Default".

3. Here, you can add in a custom standard element to use as a filter.

4. Once you have made your selection, you need to run a HRIS Sync job to ensure data is coming into the field.

5. After running the HRIS Sync job, note that I can now see my new filter "Home/Host Designation" in the compensation inbox.
