2874420 - Fixed bins are not prioritized

There are 2 storage types assigned to stock remove search sequence:

Sequence  Storage type

1                 A

2                 B

Both of storage types have enough stock for picking. There is a fixed bin C of storage type B which has been assigned to the product P.

When you create a picking task for product, the system determines a bin of storage type A instead of the fixed bin C of storage type B.
