2874463 - How to Import Opportunity Sales Team using Data Workbench

Symptom

You have a requirement to import opportunity sales team using Data Workbench, but you are unable to find the relevant information in Object Opportunity template downloaded from Data Workbench.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Data Workbench work center
  2. Select Import view
  3. Select Individual Object and search for Standard Object Opportunity
  4. Download Template

Then you find relevant information of Sales team facet in Opportunity is not available in Opportunity Template.

Cause

There is another Standard Object "Opportunity Sales Team Party Information" that can be used to import Sales Team information of Opportunity.

Resolution

Please download the Opportunity Sales Team template following the below step:

  1. Go to Data Workbench work center
  2. Select Import view
  3. Select Individual Object and search for Standard Object Opportunity Sales Team Party Information
  4. Download Template
