  • Error:"Commentary service is not available. Contact your Administrator" in Web intelligence Documents
  • Error message under Adaptive Processing Server (APS) hosting commentary service:  "Java.sql.SQLNonTransientConnectionException: Could not create connection to database server. Attempted reconnect 3 times. Giving up Caused by: com.mysql.cj.exceptions.InvalidConnectionAttributeException: The server time zone value 'CEST' is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone".
