2875217 - DTP Routine is not working

Symptom

After Note 2712480 implementation (or BW system upgrade from a lower than this Note version to a higher than this Note version), sometimes it is found that DTP filter routine is not working.

OR

In a BW system which has the Note 2712480 implemented or has the respective SP level the filter Selection field for DTP request is empty although a filter routine is maintained.
