2875238 - Notes/Remarks not being stored correctly for communication types

• When adding a Note (Remark) to a communication type (INT, FAX, TEL, etc.) for an address, upon saving the address the Note is mixed with another entry for the communication type.
• Below is an example for Internet Mail (Email). Maintain the Notes for the email addresses of an address:
  
  
  
  
• Save the address.
• Enter the address again and display the email addresses, you will see the Notes have been mixed up:
