2875416 - Cannot Select any Template in Manage Rules in Recruiting

Symptom

When selecting any template on Manage Rules in Recruiting, the system throws the following message: "Invalid property names: RecruitingRulesAssignmentConfiguration/offerDetailActionRules. Please check the property name in Admin Center > OData API Data Dictionary or entity metadata. Ensure there were no data model changes that removed this field, and please execute a refresh metadata to ensure the cache is not corrupted."

Reproducing the Issue

In Admin Center > Go to Manage Rules in Recruiting
Select any Entity and choose the template

Cause

This error is due to a discrepancy between the entity data model and the OData API Dictionary.

Resolution

To sync the data, you must run an OData API Metadata Refresh. Please, refer to the article 2171588 - "OData API Metadata Refresh and Export - SuccessFactors Cloud" for more instructions. In case, after running the refresh, the message is still persisting, please reach out Product Support team.
