2875430 - Issues with Monitor Purchase Order Items app / MM_PUR_POITEMS_MONI_SRV odata service - SAP S/4HANA 1909

This KBA applies to the following symptoms:

• User cannot launch the Monitor Purchase Order Items app. The following error can be found in /N/IWFND/ERROR_LOG transaction: 
  "For non-multiple-use BAdIs, CALL BADI with initial BAdI reference is not permitted".

• When trying to activate the service or load metadata for MM_PUR_POITEMS_MONI_SRV in the /N/IWFND/MAINT_SERVICES transaction, the following error/dump occurs:
  "System error message: An exception has occurred that was not caught."
