2875447 - Message VPN limit exceeded in LJS traces in CPI

Symptom

In your tenant LJS traces, you can see the LJS traces full with the following entry:

#ERROR#org.springframework.jms.TransactionRolledBackException: Error committing - transaction rolled back (Transaction '226' unexpectedly rolled back during commit attempt. (((<tenant information>) - ) com.solacesystems.jcsmp.JCSMPErrorResponseException: 503: Spool Over Quota. Message VPN limit exceeded)); nested exception is javax.jms.TransactionRolledBackException: Error committing - transaction rolled back (Transaction '226' unexpectedly rolled back during commit attempt. (((<tenant information>) - ) com.solacesystems.jcsmp.JCSMPErrorResponseException: 503: Spool Over Quota. Message VPN limit exceeded))
