Is it possible to create association in between fields in Recruiting Management?

Resolution
No. There is no way to create associations in between fields in Recruiting Management.
Despite the fields have an association in between them, due to picklist parent child relationship, this kind of relationship is not reflected on the OData API entities, as they are generic for all templates and the picklists are handled in different objects.
