2875541 - Batch Employee Photo Upload Fails : Invalid username - SuccessFactors Employee Profile

When the job type "Batch Upload Employee Photos" fails with the following error message:

"UserName "XXXX": Invalid username"

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile

1. Access SF Provisioning;
2. Monitor Jobs;
3. Select: Job Type: Batch Upload Employee Photos;
4. On the failed job, Click on the "Details".

Possible causes below:

1. The employee "XXXX" is Inactive on the SF system;
2. There is duplicated rows in the CSV file with the username "XXXX".

1. Ensure the username "XXXX" is an active employee on SF;
2. Ensure the row in the CSV file has no duplicated record for the username "XXXX";
