2875950 - Replacement of "Country" to "Country/Region"

This KBA is to document the replacement of "Country" to "Country/Region" in the 1911 release.

The label of the field id "country" was renamed to "Country/Region" in the 1911 release.

This change was done for all fields with the current label "Country".

• All fields with the id country in the CSF SDM and CSF Corporate.
• All MDF objects with the field id country
• All messages with country in the description
