Symptom

  • SOAP Request returns "Error during WS proxy lookup. WS client proxy <wsclients/proxies/sap.com/FS-QUO-ear/QUOEnterpriseServices_EJB/InsuranceQuoteProcessingInsuranceQuoteInImplBean/InsurancePolicyIssuanceProcessingInsurancePolicyIssuanceIn> is not found in the JNDI! " when sending a valid soap request to update Cash Before Cover (CBC) Status.
  • Integrated SAP Systems (such as FS-PM) send RFC to update CBC Status but FS-QUO does not receive any communication.
