2876028 - Picklist Filters showing Option ID, instead of label in Talent Pools page

After b1911 release, it is possible to add Employee Profile fields as filters and display options for Talent Pools. However, some picklist fields are showing code values for the options, instead of the labels configured for the picklist associated to the field.

1. Enable fields to be used as filters or display options in Admin Center > Manage Talent Pool Field Settings;
2. Go to Succession > Talent Pools;
3. Open a pool to see or act upon the nominations;
4. Use the fields enabled to filter by nominations, in "Adapt Filters";

6. The same is occurring when selecting the field to display the nomination information, in Show (eye icon) > Define Column Properties:

The fields showing the picklist ID, instead of the labels, are custom fields with picklists associated. However, custom fields cannot be associated to picklist, as it may cause inconsistent behaviors within the system (i.e. if used as filter, the picklist IDs will be displayed instead of the labels).

To prevent inconsistencies in your instance, when using custom fields, it is necessary to remove the picklist association from the custom fields, and use them as an open text field.

Changes to standard elements (Employee Profile fields) can be applied in Admin Center > Manage Business Configuration, selecting the custom field, and removing the picklist association. However, if Manage Business Configuration (BCUI) is not enabled in your instance, it would require a Configuration Change in the XML code of your instance, to remove the picklist association from custom elements. To complete tasks in Provisioning, you need to engage your Implementation Partner, but if you are no longer working with a Partner, this can be completed via Cloud Support.

IMPORTANT: Before removing the picklist association from custom fields, you must export the user data for the elements, to avoid losing the field data. The information from custom fields can be exported via Admin Center > Employee Export (User Directory File).
