2876087 - Report Distributor bundle, with LMS ORD report, fails with status "Runtime Failure"

Report Distributor bundle created on LMS ORD report fails with status "Runtime Failure".

Error Message:

Encountered a problem while processing EMAIL 7. Timestamp: "<time stamp>". Detail : User does not have sufficient permission to view this query. User cannot run report on "426" for oqtLMS. User modules = 431,433,430,432

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

• Analytics & Reporting (Ad Hoc, YouCalc, ORD)
• Online Report Designer

1. Login to instance
2. Navigate to Report Distributor
3. Run the bundle
4. Check bundle's status in 'Job Status'
5. Bundle fails with status "Runtime Failure" 

As the error message states Encountered a problem while processing EMAIL 7. Timestamp: "<time stamp>". Detail : User does not have sufficient permission to view this query. User cannot run report on "426" for oqtLMS. User modules = 431,433,430,432, the issue here is missing RBP Permission of the 7th user listed in Recipients list.

You would have to provide permission to the domain which is mentioned in the message User cannot run report on "###" as per Learning permissions for ORD
