2876093 - Demand cannot be fulfilled due to missing source of supply

Symptom

By running the Optimizer, the "Missing source of supply" message appears in the log even though the source of supply has been maintained properly for the Product-Location combination.

"Independent demand can't be fully satisfied (Requested amount: 1234.000000, Fulfilled amount: 0.000000, Explained amount: 1234.000000)" Reason: Missing source of supply.  Product ID P001, Location ID: L001. Period W04 2020.
