2876153 - Hire Date Correction - hireDate in Job Info Not Corrected

hireDate field in Job Information is not updated by Hire Date Correction Tool

Employee Central - Hire/Rehire

hireDate field is enabled and permissioned in Job Information but the Hire Date Correction Tool does not update it but it does update all other hireDate fields.

This is a known issue with SAP Development Team (ECT-127631)

This problem will be resolved as part of move of Job Information to Service Layer (ECT-127961). This is tentively planned for b2005 Release. Please continue to monitor this KBA until this has been confirmed.

Workaround: The workaround until resolution is to manage the field value via Business Rule
