Resolution

In this scenario, Payroll Integration is Yes and Deduction Start Date is Next Pay Period.

The failure can be due to the following:

  • Pay Group is not maintained in Compensation Information for the user
  • Pay Calendar is not maintained for the user's Pay Group
  • Pay Period is not maintained in the Pay Calendar for the date when the job is run for the eligible user
  • Pay Check Issue Date is not maintained for the Pay Period
