2876222 - Error message "Item not consistent" appears while performing Adjustment Confirmation for Warehouse Order

 You are trying to perform Adjustment Confirmation for Warehouse Order DEF (refers to Warehouse Order id) for a Returns Pick task, Error appears upon saving.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Outbound Logistics Work Center.
2. By Warehouse Order View
3. Search for DEF 
4. Select Adjustment Confirmation
5. Click on Enable Entry, Update the quantity difference in negative value
6. Click on Save
7. Error appears

        Item not consistent
       Save failed
       Location KLM is not maintained as ship-from location

As User has changed Source Logistics Area KLM to Obsolete, System is not able to identify Logistics area as it is marked as Obsolete. *KLM refers to Logistics Area Id

You will have to change the Status of Logistics Area KLM to Active and then once the adjustment confirmation is completed you can change it to obsolete.
