Symptom

You have created a sales scheduling agreement document and as you click at Header Output Preview a message is displayed:

No output has been selected for printing

Message no. V1102

"Image/data in this document is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental." 

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Cause

This message is displayed because there are inactive customizing in determination step, Output Parameter Determination app.

When the option Display Active Version not greyed out, the shown table content is inactive.

Resolution

The steps shown below should be checked for all the options in Determination Step.

  1. Choose a determination step and check if Display Active version is not greyed out:

  1. Click on Edit;

  2. Click on Activate;

  3. The Confirm Activation screen is displayed, click Yes to confirm the activation.

Beside that, after the activation process, check if all the rules are maintained for the determination steps.
