2876426 - Not able to find inactive users in Directory

After giving the permission "Include Inactive Employees in the search" still not able to find users when searching in Directory

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Go to Company Info
2. Click in the tab Directory
3. Search for the inactive user
4. No result is found

1. The option "Include Inactive Employees" is set as "No".
   
2. Or the "employee-status" picklist contains duplicated non-unique external codes.

For the first cause, 

1. Go to Company Info
2. Click in the tab Directory
3. Click "More options"
4. Set the option "Include Inactive Employees" as "Yes"

5. Search an inactive employee and now we are able to find
