Symptom

  • Enable SSL for RSSD ASE SERVER
  • Replication Server can not start up and raise ct_fetch error below after RS enable SSL:

        ERROR #11060 GLOBAL RS(GLOBAL RS) - generic/sts/stscol.c(2159) CT/CS Lib function 'ct_fetch' failed. Retcode = 0.
        FATAL ERROR #18028 GLOBAL RS(GLOBAL RS) - /servmain/servmain.c(2114) Initialization failed. Server is shutting down.
        FATAL ERROR #18028 GLOBAL RS(GLOBAL RS) - /servmain/servmain.c(345) Initialization failed. Server is shutting down.
