2876771 - Warning Message: “Availability and project data not shown for dates in the past” in My Team View in Managing My Area Work Center

As a manager, you are unable to view the Employee Times in the My Team view in Managing My Area work center. When you select the dates in the past, you see a warning:

1. Go to Managing My Area work center
2. Go to My Department view
3. Go to My Team sub-view
4. Use the calendar function to select a time period
5. Select the required date to display the Availability and Project data
6. You are unable to see the Employee Times nor Availability for your team and system throws a warning message

The system cannot display time data in My Team because the value selections are in the past dates.

My Team view displays the availability of the Employees from the current date until future. Choose the appropriate date from the calendar to display the Availability and Project data of the Employees. Each cell in the My Team view indicates the availability of each employee. My Team shows the availability which comes from the Work Schedule of the employee.

You may group the employee information using Showby Teams, Names, or Organizational Units. This view provides information about your teams, the employees who report directly to you, and all employees in your areas of responsibility. It includes details of their availability and vacation plans, and employee contact details. It also enables you to view appointments and approve any leave requests that require your input. You can analyze Time Recording and Estimated Attendance information for your team, your direct reports, and for all employees in your area. This can be viewed as either a chart or table depending on your preference. This means that at any point in time, you can refer to this information to get an overview such as the number of people absent from your team, and the level of time recording compliance of your team.
