Symptom

  • Upgrading SAP Replication Server(SRS) from a version lower than SP120 to SP120 or higher

  • ERROR #29035 18028 raised when boot replication server after SRS upgrade.

    FATAL ERROR #29035 GLOBAL RS(GLOBAL RS) - fstrinit.c(381)
    The function string class 'rs_dl_sub_commit' has not been defined. Make sure this Replication Server has been installed correctly.

    FATAL ERROR #18028 GLOBAL RS(GLOBAL RS) - servmain.c(1849)
    Initialization failed. Server is shutting down.
