2876920 - Help Text "This candidate has been added to this job but has not yet applied for it" in Candidate Applications appearing for "Non Applicant" - Recruiting Management

This candidate has been added to this job but has not yet applied for it

appears in the application page for any "Non Applicant" on the right side of the label of the fields.

There is no way to disable that via Admin Centre > Manage Recruiting Custom Help Text

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. open a Job Application for a candidate that appears as "Non Applicant"

2. check the field labels, on the right side appear a "?" sign (Help Text)

3. if you click that you get the message:

This candidate has been added to this job but has not yet applied for it

 This is the current design of the system

Since the fact that the user cannot disable that Help Text does not appear as a good user experience,

Product Managers and Developers are planning to enhancement the design trying to schedule it in future release.
