2877028 - Crystal reports failed to be opened with errors

Symptom

  • Crystal Reports failed to be opened with the below error:

recv() failed: I/O error during read: javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Inbound closed before receiving peer's close_notify: possible truncation attack?

  • CMS even crashed intermittently in customer's environment.
  • In the end to end trace log, there are below error in trace log of CMS:

Debug| |Security::IsAllowed( U=123456,R=3,Ob=654321,Own=11111,T=17 ) : IsAllowed=false defined=false

Information| |(servergrouphelper.cpp:157) 123456 is not allowed to see 654321|cms_hostname.CentralManagementServer| |
