2877142 - Performance Form Data Missing from the People Profile Performance History Portlet

When reviewing the Performance History portlet, forms and/or data from other years are missing.

• SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management
• SAP SuccessFactors People Profile

1. Log in to system
2. Navigate to Home dropdown > My Employee File
3. Navigate to the Performance History portlet
4. Forms and/or data from other years are missing

• The portlet is for an inactive user.
• The form template is not included in the Scorecard Process
• The form end date is not within the Scorecard date range
• Include In-Progress Forms is not enabled

Enable person-based performance history block to make it display for inactive users.

It's expected behavior that forms will not display in the portlet for inactive users. This is even if the forms have not been removed for the user.

But you can enable Person-Based Performance History Block to display inactive user's performance history record.

Procedure: Company System and Logo Settings > Enable Person-Based Performance History Block.

In PP3 –  person based performance history

• There is no limitation for manager to access performance history tied to inactive user id of employee
• There is a limitation for employee to access its own performance history tied to inactive user id.

In PPX – person based performance history

• There is no limitation for manager to access performance history tied to inactive user id of employee
• Employee will have full access to self performance history tied to both active employments and inactive employments as long as employee has RBP permission to access the performance history of at least one of their own employments.

 

The form template is not included in the Scorecard Process

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Processes and Forms
2. Select the process name
3. Select the form template in the left column > Select the Add>> button
4. Save

The form end date is not within the Scorecard date range

1. Navigate to Admin Center >  Configure People Profile
2. Select General Settings
3. Locate Include talent data within this date range and adjust the dates > Save
   

Include In-Progress Forms is not enabled

1. Navigate to Admin Center >  Configure People Profile
2. Select General Settings
3. Check the box for Include in-progress forms > Save
