What is the display order of employees in Company Org Chart when names are Chinese Characters?

Navigate to Comapny Info > Org Chart

If you use Chinese Characters to maintain employee names, the display order of employees in Org Chart follows the logic below:

a. If you have configured Name Format functionality:

• Employees are ordered by the unicode order of the Last Name
• If the Last Names are the same, then those employees are ordered by the unicode order of the First Name
• If both the First Name and the Last Name are the same, then those employees are ordered by UserIDs

b. If you haven't configured Name Format functionality:

• Employees are ordered by the unicode order of the First Name
• If the First Names are the same, then those employees are ordered by the unicode order of the Last Name
• If both the First Name and the Last Name are the same, then those employees are ordered by UserIDs

The display order in Org Chart is hard-coded and cannot be customized. This is an expected behavior of Org Chart.
