2877159 - "Error while communicating with the server" when using TLS 1.2 with BPC Admin Client

Symptom

  • BPC MS 10.1 system is setup to force to use TLS 1.2
  • The connection to the BPC system via the BPC web page interface and the AO client work fine with TLS 1.2
  • When trying to connect via the BPC Admin client with TSL 1.2, a connection error raised :
