2877195 - Error AG004 during availability check

Symptom

  • In MTO scenario, it is not possible to create a delivery for an item or to check its availability in VA02, due to error message below:

Sales order item number not specified in requirement
Message no. AG004

Diagnosis
A requirement with the special procurement indicator 'make-to-order production' has been transferred to the availability check. The requirement must, however, contain the number of the respective sales order item. This is not the case.

  • When run the availability check on the sales order, system displayes the message "AG004" and it is not possible to confirm the stock on the sales order.
