As part of the job requisition details page there is a status bar next to the field Number Of Openings:

This article will explain the necessary requisites to enable the bar.

SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) - All versions

The status bar is available in the recruiting module and it does not require any kind of configuration. However, there is a precondition to the bar becomes available. The system will display the bar only after having placed at least one candidate one of the following status categories: Onboard, Hired, Pre-start, Employee.

Until you have a candidate ready to be hired or already hired, the system will only display the number of openings and not the bar. The bar appears after you have one candidate placed in one of the mentioned status.
