2877223 - Signal 11 in ksMuxSchedulerRemoveQ() and ASE gets hung after SHUTDOWN WITH NOWAIT - SAP ASE 16.0

Symptom

  • After "shutdown with nowait" is executed, an ASE server gets hung -- it is no responding and the ASE process is not terminated.
  • An "Infected with signal 11" error in the module ksMuxSchedulerRemoveQ() is reported in the ASE errorlog:
