Your requirement is to terminate an employee in Personnel Administration. Upon trying to terminate the employee, system throws an exception:

An error occurred. Please try resuming your work. If you still face issues, report an case.

500 SAP Internal Server Error
Error: The application running deliberately caused an abort with short dump. (termination: RABAX_STATE)

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Personnel Administration work center
2. Go to Regular Tasks view
3. Select Country XYZ (where XYZ represents the Country)
4. Select the link Terminate Relationship with Employee
5. In the Employee field, select Value Help and find Employee ID
6. Select the Last Working Day DD.MM.YYYY
7. Choose the Termination Category
8. Choose the Termination Reason
9. Select Save
10. System throws an exception

There is inconsistent data for Time Agreement.

To solve the inconsistencies in Time Agreement, run the day closure for the employee.

1. Go to Time administration work center
2. Go to Regular Tasks view
3. In Time Valuations section, select the link Run Day Closure for One Employee
4. Select the Employee from the value help
5. Select the checkbox for Start Time Valuation
6. Select Run
7. In the Valuation Start Date field, provide the Time Profile Start Date of the Employee

After executing above task, you will be able to terminate the employee.
