2877315 - Error : "javax.naming.NoPermissionException: client solman certificate not found, the configuration seems empty." While all Diagnostics Agents are not able to connect to Solution Manager 7.2

• Trying to connect the Diagnostic Agent to the Solution manager 
• No Diagnostic Agents are connecting to solution manager
• When clicking "trust agent" the error appears:
