2877350 - RESTful web service fails to import function - Data Services

• Follow KBA 2230626 to generate the Restful response and configure the WADL.
• Web service datastore will save successfully, but will fail during function import with the following message.
• Error "An error occurred while importing metadata: %1 (BODI-1111469)  The Adapter XML for function <> contains parsing errors in the object <XML Schema>: 
  <Error importing XML Schema from file <adapter_schema_out.xsd>: <XML Parser failed: Error <attribute name expected > at line <1>, char <> in <<xsd:schema xmlns:xsd ="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema">"
• Follow KBA 2451304 to format the WADL, but error continues.
