2877426 - Business Connector - New function cannot be added - Could not get function template

Symptom

A new function module cannot be added in Business Connector (BC). The following exception is recorded in error.log: 


   MESZ com.sap.conn.jco.JCoException: (123) JCO_ERROR_FUNCTION_NOT_FOUND: Could not get function template for HR_DE_B2A_ELSTER_ERIC causes 'HR_DE_B2A_ELSTER_ERIC' could not be created.
