2877608 - "Manage your Solution" App does not appear when searching for it

You searched for Manage your Solution App and there is no app available. You can also search for "Implementation Cockpit" however you cannot find the app.

In the search bar search for Manage your solution and there is no result as the image bellow:

Please follow the steps and try to solve the issue:

1. You can clean your browser cache. In any browser you can press ctrl+shift+del;
2. Go to top right on the screen, in the person icon click on Settings then go to Appearance and check your theme:

3. Go to the Maintain Business Roles (App ID F1492) app and check if the role SAP_BR_BPC_EXPERT is assigned to your profile and this role has catalog SAP_CA_BC_IC_LND_BASE assigned. If is not, contact your system administrator to assign this role.

Note: This solution is not applicable if you can see the Manage your Solution App but is getting a message such as: Your system is being prepared.
