2877799 - DB6: R3trans fails with the error: DbSlConnectDB6: can't find user 'db2<sid>' in '/usr/sap/<sid>/SYS/global/dscdb6.conf'

Symptom

Application server can't connect to the database. R3trans failed and the trans.log shows the following error:

4 ETW000 [ dev trc,00000] *** ERROR in DbSlConnectDB6[dbsldb6.c, 1368] CON = 0 (BEGIN)
4 ETW000 [ dev trc,00000] &+ DbSlConnectDB6: can't find user 'db2<sid>' in '/usr/sap/<sid>/SYS/global/dscdb6.conf'
