2877907 - Leave Payout Decimal Display

• When doing a leave payout on the termination screen, the system it shows payout with two decimals, for example "4.91". After the termination, in the time management UI the time account shows correct payout of 4.91 days as expected. However, in the One-time Payments UI, there is only "4" days showing.

Configuration issue

1. Open the affected Time Account Type (used to create the Payout)
2. Make sure that the Pay Component used in the Payout is assigned to a PayComponent Group
3. Make sure the above PayComponent Group should be assigned in the affected TimeAccountType

This should enable a Spot Bonus record creation for requested Payout with the proper decimal places.
