2877939 - Out of the box Roles and Rules are not auto created - Onboarding

Once Onboarding switch is enabled in provisioning, OOTB(Out of the Box) SAP pre-defined rules and roles is not created in the instance.

• Issue with pre-defined roles and rules not being auto-created in the system after enabling Onboarding in provisioning.
• Issue with default onboarding rules and roles not being auto-created after enabling the onboarding feature in the system.
• Issue with out-of-the-box roles and business rules not being auto-created in the instance after enabling the onboarding and offboarding modules.
• Issue with the absence of automatically created system groups necessary for managing onboarding processes after enabling the onboarding feature.
• Issue with the absence of default permission groups and roles for ErrorFlow Admins after enabling the Onboarding feature.
• Issue with the automatic creation of pre-defined roles and rules during the initial onboarding implementation due to the onboarding switch not properly activating in provisioning.
• Issue with default roles and permissions not being auto-generated after enabling Onboarding 2.0 features in Provisioning.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Please re-enable ONB switch in provisioning again.

2. OOTB Rules and Roles will be created in 4-6 hours once switch is enabled.

3. Run the RBP refresh/self healing tool in provisioning > Company Settings.
