2877945 - Error appears when you enter Bar Code Input manually while creating Inbound Delivery

Symptom

While creating Inbound Delivery from Inbound Delivery Notification you enter Bar code Input Manually, system errors out

Decoding of bar code failed
-----> Bar code ]C1KLM does not contain a valid application identifier
-----> Bar code KLM decoding failed

*KLM refers to parameters entered manually
