2878067 - Zero data is shown in the EPM report for some users

Symptom

In the EPM Add-in reports, all data is shown as zero value.

If you log in with a SAP_ALL user, the data can be retrieved properly.

If you run an SU53 trace for the problematic user, you will see authorization object S_RS_COMP missing.
