2878426 - Is the "Move" button to move around the items in Background Element configurable - Recruiting

Is it possible to configure a button to move up or down the data fields in the Background Elements in the Candidate Profile? That is possible to do when Mobile Apply is not enabled.

With Mobile Apply enabled:

As of now, this is the way the system is designed to work with Mobile Apply enabled. This button that will allow you to move the items around in the Background Element is not configurable.
