2878576 - Employee Names not showing in Action Search/Company Info/Employee Profile

Some users are not showing up in the SuccessFactors interface via Action/People Search in Admin Center, Company Info under Company Org Chart, or in Employee Profile.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Try to Search a user that is valid and active in the User Data File (UDF)
2. No user will show up

Examples:

One or more of the following scenarios may apply:

• The affected user is an Employee Central (EC) user but does not have job information set.
• The affected user data in the database is saying the user is EC while he/she is actually an EP only user.

• For NON-EC customers: 

See KB article 2475092 - Some users cannot be found in "People Search"

• For EC customers:

Add job information details for the affected user.

Note: If adding the job information info does not resolve the issue, please contact SAP support team (LOD-SF-PLT-SRH) so the user data can be reviewed at database level.
