• ASE error log and the client report errors 2809 & 2812
• These can be seen on connection or during application activity
• They can be seen for any object, but have been reported on ASE monitoring tables, for example monIMRSCache and monIOController:
  
  Error: 2809, Severity: 18, State: 1
  The request for procedure 'dbo.monIOController' failed because 'dbo.monIOController' is a table object.
  Error: 2812, Severity: 16, State: 5
  Stored procedure 'dbo.monIOController' not found. Specify owner.objectname or use sp_help to check whether the object exists (sp_help may produce lots of output).
