Reproducing the Issue
Navigate to executive review and notice flags appear for users who have rule violation.
Resolution
If you wish to hide /remove the flags column on Executive Review, the field has to removed from design worksheet. The change will be effective immediately on Executive Review. There is no need to relaunch the worksheets.
