2878726 - Unable to use Broadcast Bursting

Symptom

You are trying to use Broadcast Bursting feature in broadcasts, but it is not available to select.

Environment

 SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Business Analytics work center.
  2. Go to Broadcasts.
  3. Search for your broadcast ABC(ABC stands for broadcast name) and select.
  4. Note, there is no "Broadcast Bursting" feature available.

Cause

This is because the object you have selected is a Dashboard.

Broadcast Bursting feature is currently not supported while broadcasting dashboards as of now.

Resolution

This is standard system behaviour.
