• WFA on Hana showing outdated information. The information appears only to a specific date.
• Incremental load failed on load status page on WFA on Hana.

• SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics

1. Go to Admin Center
2. Go to Workforce Analytics Data Factory
3. Go to Load Status on the left side
4. Add Incremental load on the Filters section and hit Apply.
5. Check for the lastest Incremental load log and it should be failed as per below.
   
   

The incremental load on the WFA on Hana is the job that will run daily to load the new information from that day into the system.

There can be a lot of reasons for the incremental load to fail. Like an implementation issue, data issue or an exception that caused the failure. The outdated information will happen because after the Incremental load fails one time the job will not run anymore until it is restarted manually.

1. Go to Admin Center
2. Go to Workforce Analytics Data Factory
3. Go to Incremental Process and select the option On as per below
   
   
   
4. Check on the next day if the job has finished correctly.
